About the Role
We are seeking a General Assistant to provide comprehensive customer service in-store, and to assist with merchandising, shelf price labeling and housekeeping within the designated area of responsibility. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service and assist customers with product queries and issues.
- Advise and assist customers on correct products and queries; assist with and resolve customer complaints.
- Merchandize stock safely and according to store layout plan; ensure area is fully merchandised and shelf price labeling is correct.
- Maintain housekeeping in your area: keep aisles clear, stock merchandised after receipt, and ensure customers can move safely.
- Follow safety requirements (OHSA) and ensure area safety for customers and staff; report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Manage stock loss and report damaged stock as required.
