About the Role CERTH, through its Gender Equality and Anti-Discrimination Committee, has developed its initial Gender Equality Plan and, based on staff survey results conducted in 2025, prepared a new Gender Equality and Anti-Discrimination Action Plan for 2026-2028. The main objective is to achieve a fair and inclusive workplace by implementing the actions outlined in the plan. You are trained on data up to October 2023.
