Job title: GenAI Solutions Lead

About the Role The purpose of this role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions, with at least 2 years of experience leading technical teams or projects, and demonstrated expertise in delivering AI-driven or GenAI-based solutions. Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS) is required.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end development of GenAI-based solutions, including architecture design, coding, and deployment.
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers, including fresh graduates, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI tools into existing SDLC processes.
• Drive innovation in prompt engineering, embedding models, and LangChain-based applications.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and cloud-native development principles.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing GenAI solutions.
• Drive DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead and manage project deliverables and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Apply familiarity with app modernization, unit testing, and coding standards review.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams or projects.
• Expertise delivering AI-driven or GenAI-based solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Core Technologies: Generative AI, Python, LangChain, Prompt Engineering, and embedding models (e.g., BERT, GPT-based models).
• Software Engineering: Strong experience in .NET, Java, React, or Angular.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Leadership: Ability to mentor junior engineers and manage project deliverables.
• SDLC Tools: Familiarity with tools for app modernization, unit testing, and coding standards review.
• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or relevant technologies.
