About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a Gen AI Developer to design and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. This remote role focuses on building scalable AI workflows, canvases/apps, and LangChain-based orchestration for enterprise-scale applications in a Mexico-based remote setting. What You'll Do
- Build and extend Gen AI solutions using Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages) and Copilot Studio
- Develop and optimize Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop), Power BI dashboards, and Dataverse integration and security
- Implement AI Builder capabilities and Dataverse automation; apply security controls and governance in CoE
- Use LangChain and LangGraph for agentic workflow orchestration and AI-assisted processes
- Manage environments, CoE toolkit, and tenant-level security controls
- Integrate REST APIs, JSON, XML with relational data sources (SQL) and other integration technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams; mentor junior developers; deliver maintainable, well-documented solutions
- Embrace Agile methodologies and DevOps tooling to drive continuous delivery What We're Looking For
- At least 10 years in application development with at least 4 years hands-on Power Platform and Copilot experience
- Expertise in Power Apps (canvas, model-driven, Power Pages) and awareness of their limitations
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate (cloud & desktop), Power BI, and Copilot Studio
- Experience with AI Builder, Copilot, and Dataverse security/automation concepts
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and agentic workflow orchestration
- Proficiency in environment management, CoE toolkit, and tenant-level security controls
- Solid understanding of RDBMS (SQL) and integration technologies (REST APIs, JSON, XML)
- Object-oriented programming experience (C#, Java, .NET stack)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tooling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor developers; deliver maintainable, well-documented solutions
- Mandatory Certification: PL-400 or PL-600
