- Support HR transformation and organizational development initiatives across client engagements
- Assist with change management, design, and delivery of HR programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on UKG/Kronos implementation and payroll projects
- Contribute to workforce strategy and organizational change initiatives within EY GDS What We're Looking For
- Experience in HR transformation, organizational development, change management or related consulting fields
- Knowledge of HR systems deployments including UKG/Kronos (preferred) and payroll implementations
- Strong communication, analytical and client-facing skills
