What You'll Do

  • We hold personal data you provide or request be provided to us as part of the recruitment process, and we will continue to hold this data as you progress through the application process.
  • We may obtain personal data from publicly available sources, including social media, as part of our recruitment activities.
  • The primary recipients of your data include referees you consented to contact, IT system providers, the SRA and professional regulators, and any recipients required by law or court order.
  • Data may be transferred within the UK, the EEA, and the United States, in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
  • We will retain your data until a decision is made on your application and in accordance with applicable retention obligations; you may request data deletion where legally permissible.
  • You have data subject rights under GDPR (portability, objection, rectification, erasure, restriction, access, and withdrawal of consent) and may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner.
