It provides support for assessment of customer needs, implementation of the solutions as well as product release support. Major Responsibilities: Monitor field engineers skillset by skill-level definition and propose suitable training to enhance engineers skillset. Consolidate similar field issues together and perform knowledge sharing/learning with all engineers. Monitoring/checking in-site related process and provide appropriate suggestion in problem solving, communication, escalation, etc...
