About the Role
The role focuses on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) security and operations, delivering advanced technical support, implementing best practices, automation, and IaC, while guiding customers through cloud adoption. The candidate will handle complex incidents, contribute to security posture, and drive knowledge sharing across teams.
What You'll Do
- Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies by implementing best practices in GCP support operations.
- Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents escalated by analysts, conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions to resolve technical and security issues in GCP environments.
- Engage in knowledge management, training new team members, and coaching analysts on GCP best practices.
- Resolve complex support tickets within SLAs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain a robust security posture in GCP.
- Foster a positive customer experience and improve CSAT metrics by first-call resolution and proactive threat mitigation.

- Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud environments, with incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
