GCP/Azure Cloud Engineer

Location: 100% remote working CT or ET zone

Contract: 7 months~ (May 2027)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical guidance across distributed cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and workflow orchestrations.
• Optimize data storage, compute, and processing workloads using cloud-native services across GCP and Azure.
• Design, build, and maintain resilient asynchronous workflows and distributed microservices using Temporal
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) modular frameworks using Terraform to ensure reliable, multi-cloud deployments.
• Monitor, tune, and improve application performance, service reliability, and data flow efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing infrastructure and services across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong proficiency and production experience in Python or Go for backend development, automation, and distributed systems tooling.
• Practical experience using Terraform for multi-environment provisioning, state management, and infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on experience developing, orchestrating, and scaling complex, failure-resilient distributed applications using Temporal.
• Familiarity with modern containerization and orchestration tooling (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD automation pipelines.
