Job title: Gateway Specialist
About the Role
The Gateway Specialist supports air gateway operations by processing and closing MAWB for consolidations and back-to-back AWB shipments, ensuring documentation accuracy and carrier coordination to meet service expectations.
What You'll Do
- Process and close MAWB for consolidations and back-to-back AWBs.
- Ensure all necessary documents are present and in proper sequence.
- Meet and exceed internal and external customer needs and expectations.
- Book space with carriers and ensure MAWBs are rated correctly.
- Obtain spot codes for special negotiated rates and enter spot rates and codes in the system.
- Track AWB and provide COB information to the respective branches.
- Research discrepancies related to CCA, weight, and rates reported by carriers.
- File and maintain records; perform other duties as needed.

- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- 1-3 years of job experience.
- PC skills, MS-Office.
