Job title: Gatekeeper
Join Milwaukee Tool as a Gatekeeper on the 2nd Shift in Olive Branch, MS. This role ensures all steps in the order processing workflow are followed and discrepancies are corrected so orders move through the system accurately and efficiently. You’ll be actively engaged in verifying data, solving issues, and supporting cell operations with a focus on quality and safety.
What You'll Do
- Read and comprehend order information and work instructions
- Verify that incoming and outgoing orders are correct and pallet/box details match High Jump reports
- Research and fix errors with orders or boxes; identify and resolve problem scans
- Identify and isolate errors and communicate resolutions
- Assist in other areas of the cell such as material handling, stocking, and packing
- Practice 5S and Safety; respond to change and take on additional tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic math and basic computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform work per instructions within reasonable time
- At least one year of distribution center or quality experience
- Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and bend or stoop as needed
