We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Gas Development & Infrastructure Lead

Location: Lagos

Role Purpose Lead and coordinate gas development and infrastructure initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring technically robust, commercially viable and safely delivered gas gathering, processing, transportation and associated infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop gas development concepts, infrastructure strategies and project execution plans aligned with asset and commercial objectives.

• Lead feasibility, concept selection, pre-FEED/FEED and engineering studies for gas gathering, processing, compression, pipelines and export infrastructure.

• Integrate subsurface, production, facilities, commercial, regulatory and project inputs into development solutions.

• Define project scope, design basis, technical specifications, cost estimates, schedules and execution strategies.

• Coordinate engineering contractors, consultants, vendors and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Identify technical, schedule, cost, constructability and operability risks and drive mitigation actions.

• Support tendering, technical bid evaluations, contracting and contractor performance management.

• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulatory requirements, HSE and Nigerian Content obligations.

• Support commissioning, start-up, handover and project close-out activities.

• Provide management reporting on project progress, cost, risks, milestones and key decisions.

• Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, Civil or related Engineering discipline.

• 10-15 years' relevant oil and gas project/facilities experience with strong gas infrastructure exposure.

• Relevant professional engineering registration and project management certification are strongly preferred.
