Job Title: Garment Cutter & Sewing Specialist

Location: Tejuosho, Yaba, Lagos

Start Date: Immediate

Job Type: Fully onsite

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Garment Cutter & Sewing Specialist to join our production team.
• The ideal candidate will have practical experience in garment cutting and sewing and be able to work confidently with different types of clothing and patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, mark, and cut fabrics according to patterns, measurements, and production requirements. Cut and sew shirts, trousers, hoodies, tracksuits, joggers, and other garments.
• Must be able to independently cut and sew a variety of male and female garments, including shirts, trousers, hoodies, joggers, and tracksuits, from measurements or patterns.
• Ensure accurate cutting to minimize fabric wastage.
• Sew garments neatly and efficiently while maintaining good finishing standards.
• Interpret garment patterns and measurements correctly.
• Inspect finished pieces to ensure proper fitting, stitching, and overall quality.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain and properly handle sewing and cutting equipment.
• Follow production specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in garment cutting and sewing.
• Strong practical knowledge of garment construction.
• Good attention to measurements, details, and finishing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management and ability to meet production deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a garment factory or fashion production environment.
• Good knowledge of fabric handling and pattern cutting.
• Ability to produce neat, well-finished garments consistently.
• Ability to work as part of a production team.

Work Schedule:

• 9am ----6pm Monday----friday

• 9am---3pm Saturday.

• Salary / Compensation

• N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
