The Gardener is responsible for maintaining gardens, lawns, plants, and outdoor areas in a clean, attractive, healthy, and well-maintained condition. The role ensures that the property's landscaping and green spaces consistently meet the presentation and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, trees, shrubs, and other landscaped areas.

Water plants and lawns as required.

Mow, trim, edge, weed, and prune plants and lawns regularly.

Plant, transplant, and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants.

Apply appropriate fertilizers, compost, and approved pest-control treatments when required.

Remove dry leaves, weeds, branches, and other garden waste.

Keep walkways, outdoor areas, and landscaped spaces neat and free from debris.

Monitor plants for signs of disease, pests, or damage and report issues promptly.

Operate and properly maintain gardening tools and equipment.

Report damaged equipment, irrigation problems, or other maintenance issues.

Assist with landscaping projects and improvement of outdoor spaces.

Follow appropriate health, safety, and environmental practices.

Ensure gardening activities do not inconvenience guests or disrupt property operations.

Must be dog friendly and Vet assistant for dogs.
