Gameplay Programmer

About the Role Join Ubisoft Paris to help prototype gameplay features and build robust gameplay blocks in collaboration with the Game Design team. You’ll contribute to architecture, development and maintenance of real-time gameplay components and explore innovative tools and techniques to achieve the highest quality gameplay. You’ll act as the interface with game designers, level designers, artists and tool programmers to ensure constraints are integrated into project development. What You'll Do

• Participate in the development of gameplay prototypes in collaboration with the Game Design team
• Participate in the architecture, development and maintenance of real-time gameplay blocks
• Study, research and propose innovative tools and techniques to reach the best possible gameplay quality
• Be the interface with all disciplines (game designers, level designers, artists, tool programmers, etc.) to ensure constraints are integrated into game development What We're Looking For
• Significant experience in gameplay programming in video games
• Ideally you have worked on Real-time or AI gameplay topics
• Strong mastery of C++
• Good video-game culture and ability to adapt to changes
• Autonomous and organized
• You enjoy working in a team
• Fluent English Nice to Have
