About the Role
Under the responsibility of the Producer, you will manage production planning and tracking, guide teams through rapid iteration cycles from prototype to testing and launch, and ensure prioritization of high-impact initiatives aligned with production goals. What You'll Do

Elaborate production plans and monitor their progress.

Guide teams through rapid iteration cycles from prototype to testing and launch.

Define and manage priorities within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives aligned with production objectives.

Read and analyze KPI metrics (retention, engagement, monetization) to prioritize product evolutions and inform production decisions.

Oversee the implementation of game design and assets, and ensure regular reporting.

Facilitate communication between studio teams (User Acquisition and Publishing).

Manage debugging phases and perform functional testing.

Handle team logistics issues. What We're Looking For

Significant experience in project management with strong knowledge of different project management methodologies.

Have shipped at least one game (Console, PC or Mobile).

Good understanding of the work of each discipline involved in game development.

Ability to analyze performance data and use it to guide production decisions.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, iterative production environment. Compensation & Benefits
