About the Role The g graduate program is an 18-month entry path for students and graduates. You can choose a commercial, technical or sales focus, participate in regular trainings, and develop your potential with structured mentorship and a possible placement abroad. What You'll Do
- Take part in regular training sessions aligned with your training plan.
- Work in your chosen focus area (commercial, technical or sales) and contribute your strengths.
- Benefit from a 3-month international placement and guided mentoring to develop goals and progress.
- Collaborate within the g graduate community and with colleagues across Gerresheimer. What We're Looking For
- Soon-to-be graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree, seeking a career entry.
