A financial/FX broker led by a management team with 20+ years' experience is hiring a German-speaking FX Sales Trainee in Dubai. Ideal for a driven sales professional looking to build a career in FX conversion with full training.
Responsibilities

Contact potential clients and convert leads into active traders

Build long-term client relationships to support loyalty

Apply sales techniques to grow acquisition and trading volume

Educate clients on platforms, products and market trends

Support onboarding and guide clients through their trading journey

Work with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience

Drive revenue through active sales and conversion
Requirements

Native German (C2)

Proven sales experience in FX or financial services (required)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven, ambitious, eager to learn

Outbound sales / lead conversion experience is an advantage

FX/CFD experience or exposure (required), including familiarity with trading platforms
