Job title: FX & Rates Client Manager - Southeast Asia
About the Role An experienced, ambitious, and proactive FX & Rates professional responsible for a portfolio of FX & Rates clients, with responsibility for growing Marex's FX business in Southeast Asia. The role may include team management responsibilities in the future and requires direct client engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Providing high-quality sales coverage across geographies (mainly SE Asia) for OTC Foreign Exchange clients
- Origination of new clients via networking events and collaboration with internal partners such as brokers, etc.
- Coordinating KYC/Onboarding and Credit approvals for new clients
- Working with the trading desk to roll out new products as per evolving client demand
- Potential team lead role with room to make additional hires to grow the business
- Carrying out other duties as required by the Company
What We're Looking For
- Good knowledge of financial derivatives (futures, swaps, options)
- Proven track record of pricing and execution of Foreign Exchange business with corporate/institutional clients
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Ability to attract and manage your own direct client base and contribute to building Marex’s business in SE Asia
- Strong customer focus and ability to work in teams and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
- Strong risk and compliance ethic with ability to conduct business within Company’s policies & procedures and applicable rules and regulations
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations (FCA, PRA) and conduct rules is a plus

- Potential for team leadership / management experience or role in expanding the SE Asia FX franchise
