Job title: FX Dealer
About the Role As FX Dealer, you will report to the Country Manager and play a key role in growing and maintaining a client book within Marex’s FX capabilities. You will have direct client access, contributing to an ambitious revenue target with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.
What You'll Do
- Maintaining and growing personal revenue, leading from the front in performance
- Ensuring revenue targets are met in line with CNMV regulations and that the interests of the client are at the forefront of all Dealing team activity
- Being aware of the regulatory environment in which Marex operates and ensuring the team have the necessary levels of compliance knowledge
- Creating and delivering regular performance reports and updates to the Country Manager
- Working across the business to maintain and develop efficient workflows and processes
