About this role
About the Role We are looking to add an experienced FX Dealer to our team in Barcelona. You will have direct client access to grow your book and will benefit from a strong base salary plus uncapped commission, reporting to the Country Manager in London.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and grow personal revenue, leading from the front to drive performance
- Ensure all revenue targets are met in line with CNMV regulations and that client interests are prioritized
- Stay aware of the regulatory environment and ensure the team has the necessary compliance knowledge
- Create and deliver regular performance reports to the Country Manager
- Work across Operations, Sales, Legal and Compliance to resolve potential client issues and streamline workflows
- Keep up to date with market structure changes and regulation, sharing knowledge to foster a high-performing, compliant culture
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and prospective clients to support the sales process
- Bring new business to the company
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience as FX Dealer (FX Options or FX Spot/Forwards)
- Strong 360 sales skills
- Existing client portfolio (nice to have)
- Fully regulated under MiFID II
- Excellent English and fluent Spanish

- Italian language proficiency (nice to have)
