About the Role The FutureStarter at ZF Marysville will participate in maintenance and electrical work to support mobility solutions, focusing on reactive and preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting. This role offers hands-on exposure to electrical systems and automation in a manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
- Operate Mobile CMMS Device for Reactive Calls and Preventive Maintenance assignments.
- Proficient navigating all HMI screens for operation and troubleshooting.
- Proficient troubleshooting PLC protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet).
- Proficient troubleshooting ASI Bus.
- Demonstrates the ability to apply concepts learned in Fanuc Training or Equiv.- Handling Tool, DCS, ARC tool, Electrical Main What We're Looking For
- Experience with CMMS and mobile maintenance workflows.
- Proficiency with HMI interfaces and industrial troubleshooting.
- Strong PLC and industrial networking knowledge (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet).
- Familiarity with ASI Bus and Fanuc training or equivalent tools.
- Electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. Nice to Have
- Experience operating Mobile CMMS devices.
- Prior exposure to Fanuc systems and related tooling (Handling Tool, DCS, ARC tool).
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled facility and collaborate in a diverse team. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: The Master Electrician III base pay is $42.25 per hour, with a 5% shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts where applicable.
