About the Role As a FutureStarter at ZF Slovakia, you will contribute to shaping the future of mobility by taking daily care of the product and leading machine/fixture setting. You will work in a dynamic, international organization and collaborate across departments to optimize machine settings, test parameters and refine the production process. What You'll Do
- Daily care of product and setting (setting up machines and products)
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve machine-setting issues
- Independently set up machines, equipment and fixtures, adjust correct machine parameters and perform testing
- Carry out required measurements and address minor faults
- Fine-tune the production process What We're Looking For
- Vocational school with a technical diploma (technical direction) or machinery/engineering focus; relevant hands-on experience
- Technical and manual skills; reliability, independence, responsibility, ability to set priorities, systematic and methodical approach Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary from €1,303 (including base salary component, bonuses and premiums)
- Additional benefits per Collective Agreement: shift allowances, 13th salary, 14th salary, loyalty allowance for travel, work anniversary benefits, and employer DDS contributions up to 6%
