About this role
About the Role As a FutureStarter at ZF, you will join the Technical Service team in the marine field to deliver hands-on technical support, commissioning, diagnosis, failure analysis, and repair for ZF marine transmissions and related systems, including remote applications. You will also provide technical training to customers and service partners to ensure optimal operation and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronic component failures in ZF marine components after dedicated training
- Use diagnostic tools and devices to perform the requested operations
- Plan and monitor the availability of materials and resources for external repair activities or rehabilitation campaigns
- Manage the process of offering and invoicing with the Customer (internal or external), mainly with service partners
- Report activity and manage warranty requests through ZF or OE dedicated portals
- Provide customer service and hotline assistance
- Organize and perform specific technical training
- Prepare, if required, the list of service parts, maintenance instructions and technical documentation What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of components for marine transmissions (preferably ZF) and knowledge of hybrid systems
