Job title: FutureStarter - Packer (2nd Shift)
About the Role Join ZF as a FutureStarter in Garrett, IN to support packaging and light assembly of braking, electronics, and steering products for automotive service distribution. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of mobility and contribute to continuous improvement on the 2nd shift.
What You'll Do
- Follow process sheets when packing and report quality issues
- Record and maintain packing rates; report all scrap
- Count production labels, pallets, finished goods, etc.
- Be customer focused and provide opportunities for improvement
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs occasionally
- Able to work in a team environment
What We're Looking For
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
- Team oriented
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Process and detail oriented
- Basic mechanical abilities preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $16.50/hour plus $1 shift premium (2nd shift; total approx. $17.50/hour)
