About the Role As a FutureStarter at ZF you will join the dual study program in Hannover, combining theory and practice in hardware-in-the-loop and real-time modeling to develop test systems and vehicle models for virtual homologation. The 3.5-year Informatics degree alternates between theory phases at FHDW Hannover and practical phases at our Hannover site. What You'll Do
- Create complex mathematical models of vehicle systems
- Describe models scientifically and validate them with authorities (e.g., Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt and TÜV)
- Learn and apply the latest programming techniques
- Conduct vehicle tests on our in-house test track
- Collaborate within an autarkic team dedicated to health promotion (Sports & More)
- Explore opportunities to rotate between departments to broaden experience What We're Looking For
- Allgemeine Hochschulreife or Fachhochschulreife
- Strong communication in German and English (spoken and written)
- Interest in vehicle technology and complex technical systems
- Good numerical understanding; interest in mathematics and computer science
