MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the preparation of monthly supply chain cost reports, including manufacturing, logistics, raw material, and packaging costs.
• Analyze cost variances and highlight key drivers impacting business performance.
• Support inventory reconciliations, stock counts, and inventory accuracy reviews.
• Monitor stock movements and identify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete inventory.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with finance policies and controls.
• Assist in preparing forecasts, budgets, and financial models for supply chain activities.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to support decision-making.
• Extract and analyze data from SAP, Excel, and reporting tools to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support supply chain performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance.
• Support process improvement initiatives and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder engagements, and other team activities.
• Provide support on ad hoc finance and supply chain projects as required.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform accurate data entry and assist in analysing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development, monitoring, and updating of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Help manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
• Provide support during internal and external audits by organizing and preparing necessary documentation.
