Job title: Future Plant Manager – Manufacturing Leadership Program (Spain & Portugal)
About the Role This is a Plant Manager Development Programme role at Nutreco (SHV) focused on building future leadership for plant operations across Spain & Portugal. You will rotate across production plants, learn end-to-end manufacturing processes, and develop leadership skills in a hands-on, immersive environment.
What You'll Do
- Build a deep understanding of plant operations across our production network in Spain and Portugal.
- Learn and apply the knowledge required to lead a manufacturing facility.
- Develop your leadership capability through real operational challenges while rotating across different plants and functions.
- Work alongside experienced plant managers to translate strategic goals into day-to-day operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
- At least 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing company.
- English at B2 level or above (Cambridge standard).
- Willingness to relocate to any province across Spain or Portugal.
