About the Role Philip Morris International's Future Leaders program is a 36-month leadership development track designed for bold thinkers and ambitious professionals who are ready to experiment, introduce new ideas, and lead change that spans borders. Through two high-impact rotations, you’ll develop transformative solutions while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. As you progress, you’ll build strong connections with senior leadership and an active alumni community, all dedicated to accelerating your development and amplifying your influence. What You'll Do

- Gain home market immersion to understand PMI’s commercial landscape, transformation priorities, and ongoing initiatives.
- Shape outcomes across functions by partnering with diverse teams and driving progress.
- Own significant projects to sharpen decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
- Build a global network by connecting with senior leadership and PMI’s alumni community throughout the program.
