About the Role The Future Key Account Manager Trainee is a 6-month program in P&G Bratislava designed to develop future sales leaders. You’ll work with key retailers, co-lead accounts and build essential skills in selling, category management, and retail execution with a robust onboarding and development plan. What You'll Do
- Fully responsible for your own accounts in the first phase and influence in-store promotions, stocking, visibility, and promotions.
- Co-lead the business with retailers as a Key Account Manager Trainee responsible for a category or a customer; plan and develop business and learn category and customer specifics.
- Handle potential assignments in areas such as Selling, Market Strategy & Planning, Store Development, Store Execution, Distributor Operations, and Category Management.
- Work with key market retailers (e.g., Tesco, DM) to understand customers and shoppers needs; contribute to recommendations on assortment, merchandising and promotions.
- Build positive relationships with customers and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Product Supply to prepare business plans and negotiations.
- Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs; develop negotiating, sales, and analytical skills, along with marketing and logistics insights.

- Business and Technical students in the 3rd, 4th or 5th year or recent graduates; availability to work at least 24 hours/week for 6 months.
- Strong initiative, problem solving and advanced language skills in Slovak and/or Czech and English.
- Positive attitude towards challenges and changes; good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills gained through international student exchanges, voluntary work, etc.
- Excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license (active driver). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 2,130 EUR gross per month for full-time; plus a benefit package.
