Job title: Future Finance Leaders Program – Traineeship
About the Role Join Procter & Gamble's Future Finance Leaders Program in Kyiv for a 6-month traineeship designed to develop financial leadership and business partnering skills. You’ll have the chance to work on meaningful projects from Day 1 with potential to move into a managerial role after successful completion.
What You'll Do
- Act as a Finance Leader and Business Partner: Provide finance leadership in business decisions and external interactions (sales/production engineering) that directly influence the direction of the business.
- Become a Problem Solver: Develop a deep understanding of business and market dynamics, analyze data, identify key insights, and offer financial expertise.
- Embrace Risk: Take ownership of significant projects from Day 1, transforming and streamlining both local and regional operations.
What We're Looking For
- 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year student from any faculty or a recent graduate with an interest in Finance
- Proficient in English and Ukrainian
- Strong leadership and strategic analytical thinking skills
- Excellent collaboration abilities and the capacity to work across diverse organizations and teams
- Effective time management to achieve ambitious goals

Compensation & Benefits
- Gross monthly salary of 58,750 UAH (as stated for the traineeship)
