About the Role Fusion HCM Functional Consultant role focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations, AMS support, and shaping HR processes for clients. This position is remote from Mexico and requires strong English, governance, and cross-stakeholder collaboration. What You'll Do
- Lead and participate in full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR, ORC, Talent, Absence, and other HCM modules)
- Develop and support interfaces and integrations for Oracle Applications
- Manage Support Engagements (AMS) with teams of 20+ members
- Drive test metrics, testing processes, and dashboards; ensure quality and on-time delivery
- Work with multiple stakeholders on release planning and release management; provide best practices
- Conduct weekly and monthly governance calls with customers; manage SLA adherence
- Ensure compliance with Oracle Documentation and Methodology (UAM/TCM)
- Adapt to multiple regions/time zones; flexible to customer needs
- Proficient in English; able to communicate with global teams What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant; 8+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR, ORC, Talent, Absence, and other HCM modules)
- Involvement in full life cycle implementations, interfaces and integration development projects
- Experience managing AMS engagements with teams of 20+; strong background in Fusion Cloud SaaS
- Proficiency with Oracle Documentation and Methodology (UAM/TCM)
- Experience handling customers across regions and time zones; working under stringent SLA
- Ability to resolve impediments, plan risks, and streamline processes; drive best practices and testing
- Experience driving test metrics and dashboards with stakeholders and clients; planning release schedules
- English mandatory; Mexico-based remote location Nice to Have
- Advanced English proficiency; experience with Fusion Cloud SaaS; familiarity with UAM/TCM
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS and integrations
