About the Role Furnace Operator at Linde Advanced Material Technologies will operate and maintain large-scale powder production equipment in a temperature-controlled environment that can be hot, dusty, and humid. You will follow product manufacturing instructions, job safety analyses, and production schedules to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality, with training on the first shift and regular 2nd shift hours.
What You'll Do
- Interpret and follow product manufacturing instructions, job safety analyses, and production schedules to execute daily tasks safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Support and participate in current and new safety initiatives and policies.
- Follow step-by-step instructions from senior operators in turnover reports, written job instructions, or verbal directions; balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
