Responsibilities of the Furnace Braze Assembly

• Follow work orders, production drawings, method sheets, and operating procedures to run production volume through vacuum furnace cycles
• Load and unload furnace, establish correct settings, and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper furnace operation
• Test and inspect work to ensure specifications and standards are met
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Furnace Braze Assembly

• High school diploma or GED, 1-3 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints, follow written and verbal instructions, and use precision measurement tools
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to changing situations
