JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Title: Development Associate (Fundraising)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8am-4:30pm. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to attend events and donor engagement activities.
Location: This is a remote position that requires occasional in-office attendance for meetings. The candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships, attending events, and participating in donor engagement activities.
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000/year + mileage reimbursement will be provided at the applicable federal mileage rate of $0.76 per mile.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Donor Relations, the Development Associate is responsible for advancing Granite VNA's annual giving program through the cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and retention of individual donors. The Development Associate plays a key role in building a sustainable base of philanthropic support by developing meaningful relationships with donors, implementing annual giving strategies, and creating opportunities for donors to deepen their engagement with the Agency.
This position manages a portfolio of annual giving donors and prospects and is responsible for increasing annual giving revenue, donor retention, and donor engagement. The Development Associate works collaboratively with the Development
