We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels, and you can be part of our team as a Functional Safety Engineering Manager.
If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities to the highest standards:
Motivate, evaluate and develop supervised personnel
Cooperate with other departments ( RDE, Investigation & problem solving, quality, operation) and other Safety Centers)
Develop the laboratory (chemical, mechanical tests,...) to better support local and global teams, improve efficiency
Organize the prototype shop to improve lay-out, efficiency, ability to build a maximum of inflator types
Deliver prototype and test results on time
Optimize ATU and APU, follow KPIs
Manage the budget
Zero NCEP
Support Investigation and problem-solving team
Prioritize and escalate when needed
and if you have/are:
Master’s degree or engineering in Mechanical or industrial Engineering
Extended experience in engineering, industrial engineering or similar position
Fluent in English
