About the Role The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center seeks a Fulltime Transplant Nephrologist to support the expansion of the Oklahoma Transplant Center, including adding liver transplant to the existing kidney transplant program. The successful candidate will join a team of transplant specialists, hold a full-time faculty appointment at OU, and provide medical leadership for the growing kidney transplant program. What You'll Do
- Supervise medical aspects of OU's expanding kidney transplant program as part of the Transplant Nephrology team.
- Collaborate with the Nephrology Section to provide consultative nephrology, dialysis (acute and chronic), ICU nephrology (including CRRT), and renal transplantation services.
- Contribute to academic activities, teaching, and leadership within a full-time faculty appointment (rank commensurate with experience). What We're Looking For
- MD or equivalent; Transplant Fellowship training or relevant clinical transplant experience.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified/Eligible in Nephrology.
- Leadership experience desirable.
- Commitment to interdisciplinary education and research. Nice to Have
