About the Role Coinspaid is seeking a FullStack QA Tech Lead to join either the Compliance or Finance team and scale quality engineering across the Back Office Domain. This is a hands-on technical leadership role: you will stay hands-on about half the time while owning domain-level QA consistency, quality standards adoption, technical risk visibility, and testing strategy.
What You'll Do
- Lead QA efforts for the Back Office domain across Compliance and Finance teams.
- Maintain roughly 50% hands-on contribution while driving domain-level QA governance and standards.
- Define and implement testing strategy and quality standards across multiple products and regions.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate technical risks; ensure regulatory readiness and auditability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve automation, coverage, and operational efficiency.
- Promote cross-team knowledge sharing and effective remote/async collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in QA leadership or tech lead roles with hands-on testing and automation.
- Strong background in quality assurance for full-stack applications and automation frameworks.
- Experience with back-office domains such as compliance, financial operations, or regulatory-ready environments.
- Ability to define and implement QA standards, testing strategies, and risk visibility.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote/async environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, automation tooling, and risk-focused QA.
