Job title: Fullstack Python Engineer
About the Role We're forming a new team dedicated to driving AI use cases across the Wells organization. We’re seeking two experienced software developers who will play a critical role in designing and delivering scalable AI solutions. Ideal candidates are passionate about emerging technologies and excited to work on projects that make a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop backend services using Python and .NET/C#.
- Integrate LLM-based frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.
- Collaborate on AI-driven workflows and scalable architectures.
- Build React frontends for AI-powered apps.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Python and .NET/C#.
- Experience with building APIs / microservices on cloud platforms (Azure preferred, Databricks would be a plus).
- Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and prompt engineering.
- Some exposure to React for building AI frontends.
- Advanced English.
- Remote work mindset (Estado remoto/Completamente remoto).
Nice to Have
- Azure experience is preferred.
- Databricks experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with LangGraph and AutoGen can be beneficial.
