Job title: Fullstack Developer

About the Role We are seeking a Fullstack Developer with 3+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot) and React to join a dynamic team in Spain on a 100% remote basis. You will participate in the entire product lifecycle under Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-driven methodologies, applying AI tools and frameworks to daily workflows.

What You'll Do

• End-to-End Development: build robust, scalable back-end logic and dynamic front-end interfaces.
• AI-Driven Engineering: research, apply, and promote generative AI tools and code assistants to optimize workflows, automate tasks, and accelerate delivery.
• Modeling and Architecture: design and interpret ERDs to structure data and ensure consistent data flow.
• Efficient Collaboration: work with Git for version control and implement CI/CD practices under modern development approaches.
• AI and Agent Integration: implement modern AI frameworks, build intelligent features, connect LLMs with system capabilities, and work with autonomous agent architectures.
• Advanced Architecture and AI: evolve systems based on microservices and hexagonal architecture, integrating vector databases to support semantic searches and AI contexts.
• Spec-Driven API Design: design, build, and consume robust REST APIs using Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
• Modern Frontend Ecosystem: manage complex client-side state with React Redux, Pinia, or Zustand, using TypeScript (JSX/TSX).
• Quality, Security, and Clean Code: apply SOLID, Clean Code, testing strategies, and secure authentication/authorization patterns for AI integration.
• Cloud Deployment and Infrastructure: deploy and optimize solutions across major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for traditional and AI workloads.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot) and React.
• Fluent communication, agile mindset, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for leveraging and integrating AI tools/frameworks into daily workflows.
• Experience with designing robust REST APIs and practicing Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
• Proficiency with modern frontend ecosystems (React, TypeScript) and state management (Redux/Pinia/Zustand).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD practices, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of microservices, hexagonal architecture, and ERD modeling.
• Understanding of security, authentication/authorization, and testing strategies.

Nice to Have

• Apache Kafka familiarity.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration and autonomous agents.
• Speaking or writing technical articles; willingness to contribute to community.
