About the Role As a Full-time Teller at Key Bank in Toledo, OH, you will be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the people and businesses in our KeyBank communities. You will provide excellent in-person client service by welcoming customers and assisting with account transactions and servicing needs, while guiding conversations toward financial wellness with bankers.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent in-person client service and assist with account transactions and servicing needs
- Proactively identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed
- Listen for clues to financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker for deeper conversations
- Maintain a strong client experience culture with every client and teammate

- Experience performing teller functions in an in-person branch setting
