Job Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers warmly and present the menu
- Take orders accurately and make recommendations
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Handle customer requests and feedback with a positive attitude
- Clear and set up tables, and keep the dining area clean and tidy
- Work with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments and assist with end-of-day closing duties
Job Requirements
- Minimum primary school education or equivalent
- No experience required. Training provided. F&B experience is an advantage
- Friendly, positive, presentable and customer-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long hours
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
