Join TOUS as a Full Time Sales Associate at Aventura Mall. In this role, you’ll help maintain store presentation and brand standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet clients’ needs and expectations. What You'll Do

Maintain the store in perfect condition and ensure compliance with TOUS image, appearance, and quality standards.

Deliver an excellent customer experience by understanding client needs and guiding them to suitable products.

Create personalized looks for each client and apply fashion knowledge to styling. What We're Looking For

Passion for fashion and/or product.

Interest in styling and helping clients express themselves through our products.

Previous sales experience is valuable but not required; training is provided for all employees.

Strong communication skills to connect with customers.
