About the Role As a Full-Time Hospitality and Outreach Lead at Amista Vineyards, you will guide guest experiences and help drive outreach and sales initiatives in Healdsburg. You will represent the winery in hospitality operations, collaborate with Sales & Marketing, and support organic and regional wine programs.
What You'll Do
- Lead hospitality and outreach initiatives for Amista Vineyards in Healdsburg.
- Oversee guest experiences in the tasting room and coordinate events and programs that support sales and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to promote Sparkling Wine, Organic Wines, and Rhone Wines; maintain high standards of customer service and tasting experiences.
- Represent the winery in the Dry Creek Valley and build relationships with visitors and partners.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, tasting room operations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing.
- Passion for wine, wine industry knowledge, and willingness to participate in outreach and business development activities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing role and maintain high standards of service.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Organic wines and certifications is a plus.
- Experience in boutique winery settings and weekend coverage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $24 - $46 hourly; full-time on-site role.
- Location: Healdsburg, CA.
