Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the design and delivery of full-stack features for a customer-facing software platform, covering both user interfaces and backend services. Work closely with a small founding group to ship quickly, learn from user feedback and lead projects from architecture through production.
What you'll do

Build core product features across the front end and back end, including dashboards, analytics views and third-party integrations.

Design scalable full-stack systems, from polished user interfaces to dependable APIs and deployment workflows.

Lead projects end to end, owning coding, release and ongoing iteration.

Craft clear interfaces and APIs so new users can get up and running within hours.

Help new users get set up, troubleshoot problems and feed what you learn back into the roadmap.

Partner with founders and cross-functional colleagues to propose and drive improvements.

Requirements

What we're looking for
-
Experience at multiple early-stage startups, ideally as a founder or founding engineer, or a long tenure at a large tech company with fast promotions.

Strong front-end skills with React and TypeScript.

Strong back-end skills with Python or Node.js, plus experience on AWS.

Deep knowledge of distributed systems on the backend.

A university degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related electrical engineering field, ideally from a highly regarded institution.

At least 1.5 years of experience working at a startup.

A collaborative style and comfort speaking up with ideas for improvement.

Founder-level ownership and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
