Requirements (Must have)

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Practical experience as a full-stack engineer; no minimum years, but demonstrated ability.
• Front end: React or a similar modern JS/TS framework.
• Back end: Python with Django or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining scrapers in Python (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Playwright, or Selenium).
• Experience designing resilient scraping pipelines that can be adapted quickly when a target site changes structure.
• Skill in cleaning, structuring, and storing scraped data.
• PostgreSQL or a similar relational database; comfortable with NoSQL when needed. • Docker and one cloud platform (AWS or GCP).
• Strong understanding of REST API design and third-party integrations.
• Comfortable monitoring production systems for bugs, performance issues, and uptime.
• Able to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Excellent written communication, which is critical for asynchronous collaboration.

Nice to have

• Anti-bot or anti-scraping techniques (proxies, headless browsers, rate-limiting strategies), used responsibly and within legal bounds.
• DevOps or infrastructure-as-code experience.
• Open-source contributions or a strong GitHub portfolio.
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience.

Salary

NGN 336,531 / Month.
