About the Role
Benrey, a full-stack marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Developer to serve as its first dedicated technical hire. The successful candidate will build a proprietary influencer discovery and relationship management platform for the e-gaming industry, including a creator portal, internal management dashboard, automated legal workflows, and an AI-powered helpdesk.
Responsibilities
- Build a web application featuring an internal campaign management dashboard and a self-service portal for creators.
- Develop large-scale data collection systems using web scraping and API integrations.
- Collect, track, and categorise creator data from Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick, and TikTok.
- Implement proxy rotation, rate limiting, and failure recovery for reliable data collection.
- Integrate third-party services for automated legal document generation and hosting, such as DocuSign and Documenso.
- Implement an AI-powered helpdesk using Large Language Models (LLMs) to support creators using the platform.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building scalable web applications.
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js and backend technologies such as Node.js or Python.
- Demonstrable experience with automated web scraping, proxy management, and handling basic bot protections.
- Strong PostgreSQL and relational database design skills.
- Experience with social media APIs and third-party integrations, including electronic signature platforms.
- Practical experience integrating LLMs for chatbots and automated data classification.
- Ability to independently manage technical architecture, cloud deployment, and system reliability.
