About the Role Factorial is seeking a Full-Stack Senior/Mid Product Developer to join the Growth Product team. The role focuses on delivering user-centered solutions across the customer journey, blending frontend and backend work to boost conversions and scale client handling. You'll work with React, TypeScript and Ruby on Rails, with a typical split of 75% frontend and 25% backend.
What You'll Do
- Develop and ship features across the stack (React/TypeScript frontend and Ruby on Rails backend).
- Contribute to growth initiatives that improve conversion rates and onboarding for new companies.
- Design automated processes to enable the team to handle more clients each week.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams; share knowledge and support teammates.
- Focus on user experience and turn ideas into practical, impactful solutions.
