Full Stack Prompt Engineering & AI-Assisted Development
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong proficiency in leveraging AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to accelerate software development and improve delivery outcomes.
Candidates should be able to:

Effectively use AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, DROID, Claude, , or similar platforms to increase engineering productivity.

Create structured, context-rich prompts that enable AI tools to generate high-quality code, technical designs, documentation, test cases, and troubleshooting recommendations.

Use prompt engineering at a macro level to analyze business requirements, decompose complex problems, generate solution approaches, and accelerate feature development.

Leverage AI tools to understand and navigate large codebases, identify defects, recommend enhancements, and accelerate onboarding to existing applications.

Utilize AI-assisted development to support coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, code reviews, and documentation activities.

Validate and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, scalability
