About this role
About the Role Accenture's QuantAI team is building AI-native decision systems for energy, commodities, power, utilities, trading, and industrial operations. This role leads the full-stack execution layer to turn quantitative prototypes into enterprise-ready products, balancing speed with security, usability, reliability, and enterprise constraints; you will work closely with the Director of QuantAI Research and Rapid Prototyping and senior stakeholders to translate strategy into shipped software.
What You'll Do
- Spearhead the full-stack productization path for QuantAI assets, turning quantitative and agentic prototypes into applications, interfaces, workflow tools, services, and packaged products that can stand up with internal senior leaders, expert users, and client stakeholders.
- Stand up frontend experiences that make advanced algorithms usable in real workflows, including dashboards, expert-facing application flows, evaluation views, governance interfaces, and decision-support surfaces for trading, energy, utilities, industrial, and adjacent financial use cases.
- Make pragmatic architecture choices across frontend, backend, APIs, data flows, model-serving surfaces, agentic orchestration, and evaluation infrastructure.
- Decide when a solution should be cloud-hosted, client-hosted, locally packaged, desktop-first, or hybrid, and navigate the trade-offs across security, data access, user workflow, latency, cost, and enterprise approval paths.
- Research and evaluate internal Accenture capabilities, client technology constraints, commercial platforms, and open-source tooling, then choose the simplest path that can move fast without creating fragile or non-compliant systems.
- Build, review, and unblock implementation across Python, TypeScript or JavaScript, modern web frameworks, APIs, data pipelines and services.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on, full-stack productization manager who can translate direction into product architecture, working software, deployment choices, and engineering standards.
- Experience shipping real applications in startup-like environments; ability to operate with ambiguity and make the right technical trade-offs when the answer is unclear.
- Fluency with quantitative/AI concepts and ability to credibly collaborate with quants, engineers, client teams, and senior leaders.
- Strong sense of security, usability, reliability, explainability, and ship-worthiness as a product.
- Comfortable building in the open and shaping interfaces for expert users while honoring enterprise constraints.
